Who is she?

My name is Katie Rhode (pronounced Road-E, she/her) and I am happy you’re here!

I first found a home in the movement and mindful practice of yoga in high school. After practicing in a number of different settings for about 15 years, I decided to obtain my 200-hour teaching certification from Kali Yuga Yoga in Nashville, TN. 

With a background in Psychology and nearly a decade of experience in mental healthcare, I have always held a deep commitment to community connection and wellness.

My goal is to inspire and encourage, be welcoming and accepting, and offer an inclusive and safe practice to all.

My classes are whatever you need them to be, meeting you wherever you are. Most commonly my classes are grounding, soulful, and rooted in lovingkindness and compassion.

During this time, classes are offered virtually or outdoors in the greater Nashville area.
